Refund policy

- Shipping Fees: Non-refundable.

- Restocking Fee: A fee of $15.00 will apply to all returns.

- Store Credit Option: Returns made over 30 days from the shipment date will be eligible for store credit only.

- Due to shipping economics and sanitary purposes, add-ons are final sale and will not be eligible for return or exchange.

- For damaged items, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for a refund. If reported outside this timeframe, an exchange or store credit will be offered instead.
