Restocking Fee: A fee of $5.00 will apply to all returns.
Store Credit Option: Returns made between 30–45 days from the shipment date will be eligible for store credit only.
Due to shipping economics and sanitary purposes, Grip Socks, Foam Rollers, Mats, and Pilates Rings are final sale and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
For damaged items, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for a refund. If reported outside this timeframe, an exchange or store credit will be offered instead.
